Gearing Up for Ironman Kona
Ever wonder what it would be like to compete in the Ironman Kona? One of our MB Testers will find out first hand on October 13, 2007. Along with 199 others, Anthony Cece was selected in Kona's lottery to compete. He's a genuine inspiration. So much so that he's been sought for interviews all over the place. Check out the interview with the Ann Arbor News, where he sends a little love to MotionBased. If that isn't inspirational enough for you, Ironman posted a great interview with Anthony on the Ironman site. You can keep track of Anthony's training by checking in to his Public Digest from time-to-time. One more thing to keep in mind . . . Anthony did competed in Ironman Florida back in 2004. Here's his Bike and Run from Florida:
And if you're wondering exactly what Anthony will doing come October 13, 2007 you should check out the Journal of 2004 Ironman Doug Stark.
Best wishes for a great race, Anthony!

Good luck to Anthony in Kona this year. I need to get down to the waterfront for the finish this year... there's always a lot of great energy at the event.
Aloha,
Steve
