Last week I told you about accuracy and how to set up a couple of your preferences to get the most accurate data from MotionBased. This week I'm going to show you how to set the rest of your preferences so they are customized to your liking.
You can set all of your preferences under Account > Preferences in the navigation.
Units: On this tab you'll find Units of Measure and Heart Rate Units. You can choose between Metric and Standard (U.S.), and select your preferred HR Units from either Beats per Minute, Percent of Max or HR Zone.
Heart Rate: Here you'll be able to customize your HR zones. Select the sport in the top field, then select the Max beats per minute for the activity. This feature is great for MultiSporters, or anyone involved in many activities.
Privacy: Select to keep your activities Public or Private on the TrailNetwork. No matter your preference, you can still choose to make an activity Public or Private at your Inbox when submitting to the Digest.
Tune-Up: The tab where you'll find GPS Corrections and MB Gravity.
View Options: Choose between Table and Map View for your Digest and the TrailNetwork, Dashboard maps and whether or not you want to view all the ads (paying customers only).
